What the employer needs
Several years of progressive field leadership experience as a construction superintendent or in a comparable role.
Strong experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects.
Ground-up multifamily residential or senior living construction experience is highly preferred.
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, schedules, quality control, and jobsite safety.
